In like Flynn! Embodying the slogan, Nick is dedicated to ensuring all transactions are smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved. Nick is a member of Team Flynn, partnered alongside long-time top producer Trish Flynn. Nick and Trish share the same passion for organization and an obsession with perfection. Buying and selling is a complex and emotional experience, and only a team approach can give you the attention and service you deserve.
His Clientele comes from all walks of life, and his diverse background allows him to step in their shoes and truly understand their journey:
Nick served in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain, where he commanded several platoons and detachments in combat in Iraq. It was here that Nick honed his skills in leadership and management, and it was here that he learned what it takes to build the most successful Teams.
Additionally, Nick has extensive knowledge of construction and contracting, having operated as a Project Manager, Estimator, Chief Estimator, and Executive Division Manager. Nick has been involved in some of the largest construction projects in the Boston area, including High rises, Hospitals, and Life Science facilities.
Nick is a product of the South Shore where he grew up, but Nick has lived in several parts of the country as well, which has made his perspective unique. At various points in life, Nick called Vermont, Northern Virginia, and San Diego home. Nick combines a bit of that laid-back, even-keel San Diego attitude with a healthy dose of that Massachusetts tenacity required to make sure things come out right.
Nick and Trish want to listen to your needs and help you through the process, inevitably working together as a team. We want to build long-lasting friendships well beyond the transaction.
I was raised locally on the South Shore, in Hanson, and I was fortunate to summer in Marshfield at my parents’ summer home. I am a graduate of the Whitman-Hanson class of 2001. Although my travels have not been bound to the South Shore; I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005 with a degree in Psychology from St. Michael’s College, Vermont.
I spent several years in the sunny San Diego area of California, where my husband was stationed during his time in the United States Marine Corps. It was there that I developed my skills as a manager and coordinator at an organization that supported abused, abandoned, and neglected children.
After several years and many developments, my husband and I completed our commitment to the Marine Corps and relocated back “home” to the South Shore. My husband and I are now residents of Bridgewater with our sons Luke and Peter.
When my husband and I started our house hunting, we reconnected with Sharon and began working with her. I was so impressed with her level of professionalism and knowledge that I became engrossed in the whole process. I wanted to become a part of this industry and have the ability to grow and learn more with each day. I had finally found what I wanted to be when I grew up! I feel that my commitment and compassion for people will be evident in the connections I build. My passion and years of helping people meet their needs are why I chose this profession. I am also happy to announce that in 2013, I upgraded from my Massachusetts Salesperson’s License to a Massachusetts Broker License.
My philosophy is to work by referral. In order to be successful, it requires me to provide each of my clients with a positive real estate experience, and it allows me to focus on my clients and our relationship.
Whether you are buying or selling a property, we are here to guide you through the process and provide you with the support you need to make informed decisions.
