"So happy we used Melissa as our realtor. She was extremely professional and very attentive to details which made the process so easy. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home or any real estate."
"We had an incredible experience working with Melissa to purchase our new home. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always had our best interests in mind. Melissa made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed every step of the way. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for our family made all the difference. We always felt like we were in great hands. If you're looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, we can't recommend Melissa enough. Five stars all the way!"
I have had the pleasure of working with Donna Bagni of Boston Connect in the process of selling two rental properties. I have never worked with a more pleasant and competent realtor. I have health issues and Donna went above and beyond to help me with all of the planning and scheduling involved in selling my rental properties. She even managed to sell my latest home while I was in the process of evicting some troublesome tenants. I would never think of working with anybody else for any real estate deal in the future. Donna Bagni is truly the best.
It can be very stressful selling a house after living in your home for 48 years. When I made the decision to put my home up for sale, I was referred to Michelle Pero Fay at Boston Connect. Michelle walked me through the process of getting my home ready. She referred me to a Title V inspector and when my septic system didn’t pass inspection, she referred me to an engineer to design a new system. She was always available when I called her or would get back to me quickly. Two hours before my closing Michelle called me to tell me I had a leak in my irrigation pump. She called a plumber for me who came over right away and was able to get it fixed before my closing. She went above and beyond for me which could have been a very stressful ordeal. If you should ever put your home on the market or looking to buy a home, I would highly recommend Michelle at Boston Connect as your Realtor
