It can be very stressful selling a house after living in your home for 48 years. When I made the decision to put my home up for sale, I was referred to Michelle Pero Fay at Boston Connect. Michelle walked me through the process of getting my home ready. She referred me to a Title V inspector and when my septic system didn’t pass inspection, she referred me to an engineer to design a new system. She was always available when I called her or would get back to me quickly. Two hours before my closing Michelle called me to tell me I had a leak in my irrigation pump. She called a plumber for me who came over right away and was able to get it fixed before my closing. She went above and beyond for me which could have been a very stressful ordeal.
