About Tracy Grady

My name is Tracy Grady, and I am one-half of The Grady Team. I have the pleasure of working with my husband, Jim, and for Boston Connect Real Estate. I have been selling real estate for 9 years, and I love what we do. I have spent most of my life in customer service. I worked for AT&T, New England Telephone, New York Telephone, Bell Atlantic, and finally, Verizon. My training has always been based heavily in the customer service field. I started as a Business Customer Service Representative and worked my way up to a Management Position, then a Project Manager overseeing large network implementations.

Jim and I have two wonderful children, Colin & Taylor, which after 15 years of working for corporate america allowed me the pleasure of being a stay at home Mom during their younger years. I was able to volunteer with the PTO and directed numerous shows with over 150 kids in the cast, and if you don't think that takes a certain type of patience I can assure you it does, but those memories of spending time with Colin & Taylor and all those children are very precious to me. Then I decided it was time to go back to work!

I started in 2008 working for the Pembroke Building Department, and that is where I found my passion for Real Estate. The Building Department gave me a vast knowledge about Building, Zoning, Planning, Electrical, and Plumbing. We have been very fortunate to work with Builders on new construction projects from the ground up. Real Estate is truly my passion, and I love working with new clients, friends, and family.

When we take on a Seller or Buyer, we give 110% to make sure you have a great realty experience. The Grady Team is here to help with all your real estate needs. As you can see with all my previous work experience, I am somewhat a "Jack of All Trades." Did I mention I bartend as well?
